Service Agreement
By requesting services from Cut Force Outdoor Services, you agree to the following terms:
Quotes & Estimates
- Quotes are provided based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary if job scope changes.
- We reserve the right to decline any job that presents safety concerns or is outside our capabilities.
- No deposit is required. Payment is due upon completion of work.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work.
- We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur a 2% monthly late fee.
- We reserve the right to withhold service for delinquent accounts.
Scheduling & Timing
- We provide estimated time windows based on weather and workload.
- Scheduling is subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment availability.
- You will be notified of any significant scheduling changes.
- Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible.
Safety & Access
- You must provide safe access to the work area.
- Please inform us of any hazards including metal, wire, or debris in brush areas.
- We reserve the right to pause work if conditions become unsafe.
- All pets must be secured during service work.
Liability
- We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.
- Customer assumes liability for proper disposal of removed materials where required. Usually we'll work removal into the final price.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disclaimer
While we strive for quality workmanship, Cut Force Outdoor Services provides services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel services at any time before work begins without penalty.
- Refunds for completed work are handled on a case-by-case basis for unsatisfied customers.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.
Limitations
- We do not perform hazardous tree removal, climbing work, or stump grinding.
- We do not offer emergency storm response services.
- Rigging or specialized arborist work requires advanced equipment we don't currently carry.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hope, BC.
